The property was previously owned by Richard J. Ternes. Sign Me Up purchased the property in June 2024. Radermacher’s company recently erected a 35-foot tall billboard on the property. As part of the Conditional Use Permit for the storage units, thick aggregate shoulders on Meyer Court will be installed.
There is no word when construction will be completed or how units can be reserved.
