Andy's Corner Restaurant listed for sale
Owner of Andy's Corner also owns The Spices and several gas stations

SHEBOYGAN — Seven months after opening, Andy’s Corner Restaurant at South 8th Street and Wilson Avenue has been listed for sale.
Basudev Adhikari, owner of The Spices and Jay's Food, opened the south side restaurant in October 2024 after purchasing the building in February 2023 for $255,000. In addition to owning several restaurants, he also owns five gas stations.

The asking price is $350,000 for the 2,901-square-foot building constructed in 1955. In addition to the first floor restaurant, the second floor apartment includes a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The sale includes the restaurant furnishings and equipment according to the real estate listing.

Bill Schwobe had owned and operated Bill’s Corner Cafe since 2005. He sold the restaurant for $165,000 in May 2019. Prior to Schwobe, Penny Oneson-Dobas operated Copper Penny Cafe after purchasing the building in 1993 from her parents. After 35 years serving up breakfast, Vince Lubenow sold Vice's Cafe to Susan and Donald Oneson. Together, they opened Susie's Good Stuff restaurant in October 1985. Donald Oneson passed away at the age of 82 on November 9, 2021.
