Fatal shooting in Downtown Sheboygan Falls
This marks the second shooting in Sheboygan Falls this year
SHEBOYGAN FALLS — One person died in a shooting early Wednesday morning in Downtown Sheboygan Falls.
The City of Sheboygan Falls Police Department responded to the intersection of Broadway Street and Monroe Street around 12:13 AM and found a victim laying near the railroad tracks. WKTS News observed first responders load the victim into an ambulance. Paramedics requested a medical helicopter but later cancelled when the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Kohler Police Department and the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene which is outside Brickner Woolen Mills Apartments. The apparent crime scene is located on Monroe Street between Broadway Street and Water Street. Deputies were seen searching the area west of the scene.
As of 3:30 AM, police have not released any details surrounding the shooting.
