Sheboygan Police investigates attempted robbery at UnitedOne Credit Union
Workers were unharmed in the incident, suspects are still on the run

SHEBOYGAN — Police are still searching for suspects after they attempted to rob a credit union on Sheboygan’s north side.
Officers from the Sheboygan Police Department responded to a report of an attempted robbery at the UnitedOne Credit Union, located at 2122 Superior Avenue, at approximately 11 AM on Wednesday, October 15th. No weapons were displayed and no one was hurt. The strong-armed robbery attempt occurred while workers were fixing a Personal Teller Machine (PTM) in the Drive-Thru.
Three days later, the incident remains under active investigation according to Lieutenant Sarah Blodgett. Preliminary information indicates this was a targeted robbery attempt and the suspects fled Sheboygan by vehicle. There is no ongoing threat to the public according to Blodgett. No descriptions of the suspects or vehicle was released. Blodgett refused to say how many suspects were involved.
