Sheboygan Water Utility infrastructure repairs, traffic to be impacted
Crews will work this week to fix water mains in the South Central Neighborhood

SHEBOYGAN — The Sheboygan Water Utility is making repairs to its infrastructure in the South Central Neighborhood on the city’s south side.
On Tuesday, crews began making repairs to the water main on Union Avenue in front of HTT World Stamping as well as Ashland Avenue near Pet Supply Outlet. As a result of the construction, lane closures are in effect this week. Traffic on Union Avenue between South Business Drive and South 19th Street is affected as well as Ashland Avenue between South Business Drive and South 19th Street.

Work is also taking place at South 19th Street and Oakland Avenue.
Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternative route while crews work to repair the infrastructure. While streets will be passable, traffic lanes are narrowed. There is no timeframe for when construction will be completed.
