Stamp Out Hunger collected over 32,000 pounds of food in Sheboygan
The event is the organization’s second largest annual food drive

SHEBOYGAN — Earlier this month, volunteers and mail carriers participated in another Stamp Out Hunger, the country’s largest single-day food drive.
According to Executive Director Patrick Boyle, the Sheboygan County Food Bank received 32,000 pounds of food. Stamp Out Hunger is the organization’s second largest annual food drive after Rotary’s Making Spirits Bright and is critical in helping feed the community.
“We extend our gratitude to everyone who made this year’s food drive a success,” said Boyle. “Special thanks to our generous neighbors who filled bags, our dedicated volunteers, the National Association of Letter Carriers, hard-working mail carriers, and our incredible local partners at the Sheboygan Post Office.”
This collective effort once again showed the power of coming together to help support families facing hunger across Sheboygan County during the summer months. If your donations were missed, you can drop them off at Sheboygan County Food Bank, located at 3115 North 21 Street in Sheboygan. Donations are accepted at Door C weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM.
