Rockline Industries names new president
Third-generation leadership continues legacy of innovation and family stewardship
SHEBOYGAN — Rockline Industries announced the appointment of Robert Rudolph as the company’s president effective July 1st.
The appointment follows the retirement of his father, Randy Rudolph, who has led Rockline for nearly four decades and will now become Chairman of the Board. According to the company, which is a leading manufacturer of coffee filters and wet wipes, the transition marks a new chapter in Rockline's evolution as a family-owned business while reinforcing the company's enduring commitment to its core values. Robert Rudolph brings to the role a deep understanding of the business and a vision for continued growth, sustainability, and leadership.
Founded in 1976 by Ralph Rudolph, his son, Randy, became President in 1986 and led the company from modest beginnings to a global force serving hundreds of customers in over 50 countries. "It has been the honor of my career to lead Rockline," said Randy Rudolph. "Rob understands those values to his core and is the right person to lead Rockline into its next chapter with clarity and conviction."
Rob Rudolph has served Rockline in a range of leadership positions across numerous functions over the last 14 years including stops in Sales, Contract Manufacturing, Operations, Strategic Planning and most recently Global Sourcing. He earned a BA/BS from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to Rockline, he spent six years working in Retail Merchandising and Business Management at Daymon Worldwide.

Rockline Industries was founded in Plymouth and relocated to Sheboygan in and is headquartered in Sheboygan. It is one of the world's largest manufacturers of coffee filters and consumer, health care, industrial, and institutional wet wipes. The company employs nearly 2,500 people worldwide and has manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Arkansas, New Jersey, Tennessee, and overseas in England.
