Parker John's launches Tendeez Hot Chicken
The new restaurant serves fresh, hand-breaded Nashville hot chicken tenders

OSHKOSH — Parker John's has launched Tendeez Hot Chicken, a fast casual restaurant that can only be enjoyed near the campus of UW-Oshkosh.
The to-go restaurant opened in August 2024 and serves fresh, hand-breaded Nashville hot chicken tenders and sliders with made from scratch sauces and sides. It is located within the Parker John’s restaurant at 30 Wisconsin Street in Downtown Oshkosh. While there is limited indoor and outdoor seating, orders are available for carryout and delivery. There is no waitstaff to take an order and orders can be retrieved from a shelf.

“This concept is still in its incubation phase,” said Jordan Saunders, the restaurant’s Director of Training & Marketing. “We’re continuing to refine the brand and work through some operational elements to ensure we get it just right.” At this time, there are no plans to expand Tendeez to Sheboygan or any other community according to Saunders.

Tendeez Hot Chicken appears to be doing well, receiving 4.3 stars on Google from 36 reviews and 4.2 stars from over 50 reviews on DoorDash. While its menu is somewhat similar to Dave’s Hot Chicken, you will be able to tell the difference in quality and taste at Tendeez. The menu does contain a disclaimer that reads, "Our Sweet Bunz are exclusively baked by Manderfield's Bakery. This may cause serious addiction and uncontrollable cravings for more.”
