Lakeshore College relocates to the Sheboygan Center Campus
Since 1998, the college has moved their Sheboygan satellite branch three times

SHEBOYGAN — Lakeshore College’s Sheboygan Branch is moving to the Sheboygan Center Campus on the city’s southwest side.
The satellite location at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Sheboygan, located at 1 University Drive, will begin holding classes at its new branch on Tuesday, September 2nd. Over the past several months, the UW Center building has undergone renovations to accommodate the addition of Lakeshore College. The two institutions are working together to update signage at the Sheboygan Center Campus, which is owned by Sheboygan County.
The move follows the two institutions collaborating to offer their new FORWARD program, announced in April. The program is a Bachelor’s Degree pathway serving Sheboygan area students pursuing careers in nursing or education. Students can begin by earning an associate degree with Lakeshore and finish by completing a bachelor’s degree with UW-Green Bay, without leaving the area.

Lakeshore College, formerly known as LTC, relocated their satellite location to the remodeled Boat Doctors Building at North 14th Street and Niagara Avenue in 2019. The college has occupied the majority of the first floor of the 8,600-square-foot building that is owned by Paul Weaver of Mequon. The building was originally built as the Central Tool House by the City of Sheboygan and was used for the city’s Department of Public Works until being sold in 1966 to Quasius Construction.
The college had operated out of the Sheboygan County Job Center building on Wilgus Avenue from June 1998 until October 2019.
