Jennifer Loyas named Director of Marketing at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital
She will lead the Admissions Department and coordinate marketing efforts
CLEVELAND — ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital Lakeshore has selected Jennifer Loyas as the facility’s Director of Marketing and Business Development.
The new 36-bed medical rehabilitation hospital is scheduled to open this fall along Interstate 43 in the Village of Cleveland. The facility will treat patients with disabling injuries or illnesses caused by strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically complex conditions.
A registered nurse, Loyas brings more than 32 years of healthcare experience to her role, including 20 years in management positions. Recently, she served as the Manager of Care Coordination for a healthcare services company, providing oversight of care management and utilization review teams at various hospitals. In addition, Loyas has extensive experience in managing clinical operations and business development in both acute care and correctional settings. She has provided oversight of care management teams, long-term acute care admissions, and physician engagement throughout Wisconsin.
In her role at ClearSky Lakeshore, Loyas will lead the Admissions Department and coordinate marketing efforts to educate patients, families, communities, and referral sources about the hospital’s services.
“My combined clinical and management background provides me with a unique perspective in helping patients and their families navigate the best recovery options available,” said Loyas. “I want patients and their families to understand the different levels of rehabilitative care available in our area so they can make informed decisions to achieve optimal outcomes and independence.”
Loyas received an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Moraine Park Technical College in West Bend and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from UW–Oshkosh.
