$3.5 million manufacturing facility to be built in Town of Sheboygan
One of three industrial buildings planned for the area
TOWN OF SHEBOYGAN — A manufacturing company is planning to build a new facility along Highway 42.
Iron Supports has received approval from the town’s Plan Commission to construct a 43,700-square-foot warehouse on 5.4-acres of land located south of Wigwam Mills. The general contractor is A.C.E. Building Services. Access to the facility will be on Commerce Drive, a newly installed cul-de-sac. This is one of three industrial buildings planned for the area.
Currently, Iron Supports is located on County Road FF in the Town of Herman, which is northwest of the Village of Howards Grove. According to owner Ryan Hansen, the company has 10 employees. They manufacture heavy-duty steel and iron brackets.
The investment is expected to be around $3.5 million.
