SHEBOYGAN — A man and child were shot during a disturbance Friday morning on Sheboygan’s south side.
Shortly after 10 AM, the Sheboygan Police Department responded to Wisconsin Home Health Care, located at 3007 South Business Drive. According to Lieutenant Andy Kundinger, the suspect is a 65-year-old man who was arrested at the scene. Two of the victims were wounded by gunfire, a 56-year-old man and a two-year-old girl. Kundinger said all three are known to each other.

The gun was recovered and there is no ongoing threat to the public. During a press conference, Kundinger said the shooting occurred inside the building. 56-year-old Thomas T. Lee is the owner of Wisconsin Home Health Care and the owner of the building.
Due to the incident, both northbound and southbound lanes of South Business Drive were closed between Washington Avenue and Wilson Avenue for several hours. A helicopter from Milwaukee-based WISN 12 News hoovered over the scene for about 20 minutes during the lunch hour.
